EIR-NFL Lawsuit Update June 2013

The NFL in the RB lawsuit continues. The Petitioners and the City are still in the process of assembling the Administrative Record/Among other matter being assembled, relevant public hearings and meetings are in process of being transcribed. All parties recently reported the status of the case to the Judge. As a result of this Status Conference, a schedule was agreed upon for briefing and arguing of the case. The very important Oral Argument is now scheduled for all day, December 3, 2013, in Santa Monica.
